So you know when you really want something and you try hard for days and months to get it BUT the day you get it, it just feels weird? I dont know how to define that feeling. Its like you feel great for a while and then you start thinking about it. Sometimes it works out but sometimes you realize it wasn’t a good decision or something you shouldn’t really have wished for.  I dont like that feeling…

I dont like to blog when i dont have photos to post. So i will just some random photos ive taken recently.
Subway Salad. Subway is near my school so we friends hangout alot here after school hours.

So its kinda cold in Karachi these days and then we have Gas shortage too. With no electricity and gas its really difficult for people to turn on heaters. I have power generator at home though but there are people who cant really afford generators(fuel prices).

                                                                         50mm HTC phone.

Week back this phone was snatched from a friend on busy intersection in Karachi. Guys with guns on a motorbike; Same old sad story. There was a police car parked few meters away but they said they were not on duty at that time so they decided not to take any action. My friend, She cant really do anything about it. Cant afford to get another HTC so got a cheaper Nokia instead.

One of my friends took this picture last week. We had our last college beach trip and i’ll be done with Alevels in a month. Funny how two years can just fly by!  Some more photos below;

I guess that I don’t need that though…

Bilal Khans HD video

Finally uploaded on Youtube. Its 720p video i converted it from 1080p to 720p cz it was taking too long to upload(size). Used my Canon 550D and 50mm Lens.

Bilal Khan at Nixor College

Bilal Khan started his musical career under a tree at LUMS. His first single “Bachana” which was initially released virally on YouTube would become a mainstream success and the best song of 2010. Recently he debuted on Coke Studio Season 4 with his song called “To Kia Hua”. To date Bilal Khan continues to write, record and release music from dimly lit locations in Lahore. Occasionally he retreats from his musical cave to perform live for the masses and/or indulge in a hot fudge sundae at Hotspot. Album “UMEED” to be released soon.

On 22nd Dec Nixor Hospital organized an event “Footloose” it was actually a fashion show in collaboration with Nixor Fashion and later the show concluded with Bilal Khans concert. This was one of the mega events at Nixor as i think this one was first live concert inside the campus?(correct me if i am wrong). I took some photos. Most of them are in black and white. Please do comment and let me know what kind of music do you prefer? For photography i used my Dslr Canon 550D with 50mm lens. I made a video too that i like more than my photos haha and its actually taking too long to upload its HD video edited for captions with Windows Movie Maker and will be uploaded soon.

Please dont forget to post your comment. Introduction above was taken from Bilal Khans facebook page.

Flying Emirates!

I started writing this blogpost on 17th August and completed on 5th November.

Finally back to life. School has started and this year its very different. I accepted the offer from another school for second year of my Alevels. This new school is ALOT more populated from my previous school and is very differently structured. I will be sharing photos and videos soon but today i planned on sharing something very different.

Well, this is my experience with flying Emirates Airlines and A380 for the very first time and it was even on business class. The flight took me from Jeddah to Dubai and it was one of best experiences i have ever had in my life.

I am not sure there is much more to say apart from the fact that the seat and business class is impressive. I hope that the photos  can give some sort of impression of what it was like.

Rolling in the Deep by Areej Iqbal Qureshi
